- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- 10 or more years of business development/sales/marketing experience within the A/E/C industry
- Experience collaborating, leading, and developing and evaluating Annual Business Development Plans, Market Penetration plans and Project-Specific Capture plans for diverse sectors and in diverse geographic markets
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Industry Organization and Association leadership
- Ability to attend industry events
- Ability to travel, as needed
- Proficiency in various computer applications.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Deltek Vision (preferred, not required)
- CRM databases
- Adobe Creative Suite (preferred, not required)
