Qualifications & Requirements
- Pricing Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Pricing Analyst, Pricing Manager, or similar role, with a proven ability to design and execute pricing strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency required; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) a plus.
- ERP Experience: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (distribution/manufacturing ERP preferred). Experience with Trulinx ERP is ideal.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hose & fittings, industrial distribution, or related B2B environments strongly preferred.
- Leadership Potential: Prior management experience or demonstrated leadership ability; interest in growing into a team lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred.

• Location: Remote position (United States-based). Candidates must be willing to travel to our Oklahoma City, OK headquarters on a periodic basis (e.g., quarterly or as needed) for team meetings, training, and collaboration.
• All applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available for this position).
• This role may involve occasional extended hours or adjusting work times to coordinate with team members in different time zones when necessary.
