Clinician, On Track

MSW/MHC's with a Limited Permit are eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus!

Licensed Social Workers are eligible for a $7,500 signing bonus!

As a Primary Clinician for the OnTrackNY program you will lead the program in the area of behavioral intervention for program participants. You will encourage the engagement of family support. You will report to the Director of ONTrackNY and will work a hybrid work schedule with travel to the community required as indicated by program participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Individual, Family and Group Psychotherapy Modalities and Interventions
  • Conduct collaborative eligibility and clinical assessments using shared decision-making
  • Provide Psycho Social Education and Interventions for first episode psychosis (FEP)
  • Engage Program Participants in collaborative treatment and goal planning with other Team Members
  • Connect participants and families with the community resources as clinically indicated
  • Develop, document and modify treatment using a shared decision-making process with clients
  • Assist Program Team Lead as contact for community outreach, presentations and referrals
  • Participate in Fidelity Model Consultative Calls with Governing and program oversight bodies
  • Participate in on call as directed by Program Team Lead
  • Participate in program participants in the community as clinically indicated

Requirements and Education:

  • Master's degree (MA/MS) and at least 1 year related experience required.
  • NYS licensure preferred in the field of mental health – LMSW, LMHC, or LMHC D Eligible.
  • Valid NYS driver's license and reliable vehicle for client transportation required.
