Clinical Dir, Residential Services

As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the direct clinical work provided by clinical staff in the residential program. You will report to the Executive Clinical Director for Foster Care and Residential and you will work onsite. 

Responsibilities: 

• Administrative oversight for the Clinical Program within Residential Treatment Center. 

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the proper clinical services for children and families placed in the residential center.  

• Provide Direct clinical services when necessary 

• Must be willing to attend meetings in the community including family homes. 

• Provision of administrative and clinical supervision to assigned staff. 

• Provide oversight of required protocols and documentation related to treatment planning to ensure compliance. 

• Coordinate and monitor step down and discharge planning. 

• Coordinate and provide professional development training of clinical staff, as well as middle managers training as assigned. 

• Responsible for hiring, training and orienting new employees, and conducting performance appraisals 

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all required documents 

Requirements and Education: 

• Master’s degree 

• Five to seven years of related experience 

• 2 years experience providing clinical supervision 

• LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related Professional licensure  

• Must pass physical.
