Knowledge and Skills Required:
- U.S. Military experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience will be highly considered.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in case management, preferably with homeless or veteran populations
- Familiarity with workforce development programs, VA benefits, and veteran-specific services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with data entry and client tracking systems (e.g., HMIS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outreach and meetings
Physical and Environmental Demands:
This position requires an individual who can maintain a professional attitude while working on multiple assignments. While in the office, sitting for extended periods of time at the computer most of the day, occasionally standing, walking, lifting, needed to carry out everyday activities.
Must be available to drive and travel locally and attend evening and occasional weekend events as necessary. Overnight travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
