Plumbing Manager – Lead with Impact & Grow with Us

Pay: $90,000+ annually (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Plumbing Manager who’s ready to take ownership of a high-performing department. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily field operations, supporting technician performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving departmental growth. The ideal candidate will combine deep plumbing expertise with proven leadership and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support residential service technicians and installers to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of jobs.
  • Manage daily schedules, dispatching, and work order flow to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure safety standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Provide field support, training, and mentoring in partnership with the Field Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and parts teams to maintain proper inventory and equipment availability.
  • Track department performance metrics, including technician productivity, job costing, and key KPIs.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for department personnel.
  • Assist with resolving escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align project timelines and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing service, with at least 5 years in leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, service operations, installation protocols, and applicable codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage field performance, and drive accountability.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OSHA certification or safety leadership training.
  • Familiarity with dispatch and CRM platforms
  • Valid plumbing license and driver’s license (P1 or P2).
