Job Title: HVAC Installer
Department: AOR
Reports to: AOR Manager  
Work Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (some overtime required)
Pay Scale: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour DOE + Benefits   

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AOR Installer to join our team. This role involves installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing customers with high-quality experience and supervise the work of other installers and helpers maintaining high-quality and timely job performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions from the supervisor and carry out in a timely manner. 
  • Supervise and be responsible for other installers or helpers. 
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, job packets, change orders, timecards, etc. 
  • Complete jobs within labor budget. 
  • Train entry-level employees. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable record 
  • Advanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installation. 
  • Proficient at residential and light commercial installations. 
  • Obtain all Installer based NATE Certifications and keep status current 
  • Meets criteria of a Level 3 technician or higher 
  • Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting skills 
  • Experience making repair and replacement decisions 
  • At least 1 year as a lead installer. 
  • Universal CFC certification 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills 
  • Familiarity with Service Titan software 
  • Advanced customer service skills.  
  • Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams 
  • Energetic, well-organized and self-motivated 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of field experience
