Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is seeking a clinical supervisor to join our mission-driven team at Lighthouse Youth Center at Paint Creek.

As a Clinical Supervisor with Lighthouse, you'll guide and mentor staff while ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Located on a 35-acre campus in Bainbridge, OH, Lighthouse Youth Center at Paint Creek (Paint Creek) provides residential treatment for boys working to overcome behavioral and emotional challenges. The cornerstone of care is Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI).

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support direct service providers.
- Provide independent licensure oversight.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
- Review and approve clinical documentation.
- Manage employee training and professional development.
- Manage monthly random client reviews for internal audits.
- Oversee clinical outcomes.
- Monitor and report trends in care, including challenges and successes.
- Adhere to and model ethical behavior.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.

Credentials, Experience, and Skills
- Independent Licensure, LISW or LPCC
- Three (3) years of experience in the mental health field
- Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact, work, and develop relationships with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
