OVERVIEW
The Electrical Lead Assembler plays a key role in the design, building, and delivery of automation systems. This role manages and supports the Panel Shop Team while collaborating closely with Systems Technicians, Project Teams, and engineering to ensure project success.

- Collaboration and Production
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in the assembly and finishing of panels, resulting in a consistently clean and professional appearance.
- Strictly adhere to all project drawings and specifications, producing panels that accurately meet dimensional requirements and design intent.
- Responsible for wiring electrical panels and field wiring on automation cells.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the Project Team and the Project Team Leads.
- Maintain the current project update status in Smartsheet
- Be proactive with all project communication channels and information requests in a timely fashion
- Work closely with Production Team leads and Production Manager
- Assist with all reasonable requests from the Production Manager
- Performance Metrics
- Strive for a 100% on-time completion rate on build milestones.
- Contribute to increasing the production team's overall efficiency rating, which is targeted at 76%.
