Primary Objectives of the Service Coordinator
- Coordinates and schedules service jobs
- Making and answering customer calls to coordinate efficient scheduling of services
- Primary contact of Service Technicians for on the road support of scheduled services
- Evaluates and executes ordering of product and parts as needed
- Pulling and organizing products for Service Technicians

Service Coordinator Responsibilities
- Works closely with production builders to coordinate and schedule screen installations and any service work needed
- Manages all incoming service requests to be sure they are processed and executed in a timely manner
- Communicates to all Sales staff that requested service to be sure they are updated promptly as the service requests move through the process
- Involvement in new employee training in the Service department
- Involvement in coordination of transfers from location to location
- Provide support to the yard and location as daily needs arise
- Work with yard to establish cleanliness and organization of product
- Assist in the proper receiving of inbound products as needed for the Service Department
- Responsible for following all safety rules and policies as outlined in the employee handbook, safety manual and communicated by Bliffert Lumber management
- Act as store representative and provide exceptional customer service
- Additional job responsibilities to be determined by Manager or Operations Manager
- Reports accidents and injuries immediately to Management
Requirements of Service Coordinator
- Reports to Window Service Manager
- Lifting up to 50lbs as needed
- Travel to jobsites as needed if additional support is needed
- Completing any other tasks given as direction from Management
