Description

What you'll do:

  • Ensure individual sales goals are achieved by formulating and following planned sales strategies and company marketing programs.
  • Customers look to you for help finding the best quality product, or substitutions, for their designs.
  • Identify customer’s buying trends.
  • Provide information to customer on new and current products and anticipate future needs
  • Notify customer of any problems with order fulfillment prior to shipment leaving the building and have suitable substitution in mind before communicating with the customer
  • Utilize CRM to manage leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Following your sales full cycle.

Qualifications

•    High school diploma or equivalent required
•    Post-secondary degree preferred
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to make mathematical calculations including division, multiplication, and discount percentages
•    Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, management, customers, and outside contacts
•    Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a DMV check
•    Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines
•    Ability to recognize priorities and use time efficiently
