Position Summary:
Cutera is experiencing an exciting phase of growth and transformation, and we are expanding our commercial team across North America. We are actively hiring Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), District Sales Managers (DSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Territory Managers (TMs) to support this momentum.
We are building a high-performance sales organization comprised of individuals with strong sales acumen, a strategic mindset for driving new business, and a consultative approach that delivers meaningful value to dermatologists and healthcare providers.
Ideal candidates for senior sales roles (RSM, DSM, ASM) will have a successful track record in aesthetics, laser technology, medical devices, or capital equipment sales. For Territory Manager positions, we welcome high-performing sales professionals from other industries who have demonstrated excellence in sales and new business development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and communicate the clinical and commercial value of Cutera technologies.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through close, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Participate in trade shows, team meetings, and training events as needed.
- Travel within assigned region (overnight travel may be required based on territory).
