Principal Duties and Responsibilities |
Use industry software to generate reports and distribute to suppliers, sales reps, and customers. |
Product pricing and coordinating pricing with appropriate parties. |
Assist with managing and reporting of product inventory levels. |
Maintain department calendars and communicate meeting and event dates and times. |
Coordinate product training via zoom and/or in person. |
Manage sample inventory and sample supply. |
Prepare Sell Sheets, Action Plans, and POS. |
Customer promotions, pricing updates in customer portals. |
Set up new suppliers in data base. |
Track Sales Rep certifications and assist with scheduling and setting up classes. |
Update company website with supplier logos. |
Creating and managing sales score cards and incentives. Communicating figure to appropriate parties. |
Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and fellow team members by providing dependable, friendly, and appreciative service. |
Work in partnership with Company sales representatives, sales and service leadership and our customers to maximize sales and merchandising opportunities. |
Complete and timely submit all required paperwork, sales invoices, communication forms, and customer payments. |
Comply with all company job processes, work rules, policies and instructions as they apply to your position. |
Represent Ajax Turner Company and our supplier partners in a professional and courteous manner. |
