Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in higher education administration, business, marketing, or related field required; doctorate preferred. Preference will be afforded for candidates with certifications in enrollment management, data analytics, and/or digital marketing.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, or related fields within higher education.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic enrollment and marketing plans that achieve measurable results.
- Proven experience managing financial aid operations, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with student lifecycle platforms beyond CRM (e.g., retention software, SIS integration).
- Experience with AI-driven enrollment tools, predictive analytics, and automation in recruitment workflows.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing trends, recruitment technologies, and enrollment forecasting.
