Position Overview:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will design, implement, oversee, and supervise therapy programs for individuals needing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. You’ll create individualized behavior plans using techniques like positive reinforcement, shaping, prompt fading, and task analysis. You’ll also lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress through data collection, and support the professional development of Registered Behavior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead interdisciplinary teams in delivering Individual treatment plans.
· Conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, ACCEA) and create individualized goals.
· Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Support Plans.
· Train and mentor staff, caregivers, and stakeholders.
· Supervise and maintain credentialing for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
· Participate in treatment meetings, team meetings, and professional development.
· Other duties as needed

· Strong leadership, team collaboration, and Individual-centered focus.
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
· Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to manage and monitor multiple programs, personnel, and Individual outcomes.
· Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to quality.
Work Schedule:
· Full-time (40 hours/week) (exact days to be determined)
