Qualifications & What We Are Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture or a related field. Must live within the assigned territory. 3-5 years of experience in seed sales is preferred but not required.
- Skills & Abilities:Â Strong marketing and sales techniques, exceptional communication, and coaching skills. Proficiency in technology, a solid work ethic, and a passion for team building.
- Knowledge:Â Understanding of seed corn marketing and the ability to provide expert advice on products and programs through training provided by our organization.
