1) PsychiatricÂ

Provide psychiatric treatment to 34 clientsÂ

Conduct monthly psychiatric sessions with each clientÂ

Prescribe medication when appropriateÂ

Complete psychiatric evaluations as neededÂ

Assess psychiatric and medical status of clientsÂ

Complete required paperwork following program guidelinesÂ

Communicate with clients’ families about their needs and progressÂ

Serve as liaison to other service providersÂ

Visit clients in residential facilities, on the street and in other locations Â

Be available by telephone after hours an on weekends to assist the team with urgent client interventionsÂ

2) Medication managementÂ

3) Participate as an ACT team memberÂ

Attend staff meetings, case conferences, and training programs to upgrade skills and knowledgeÂ

Attend supervision meetings to review client progress and case management strategiesÂ
