Roles, Responsibilities, and Essential Duties:
- Cleaning and maintaining program common areas such as lobbies, corridors, and break rooms.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Emptying trash bins and replacing garbage bags.
- Cleaning and disinfecting restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Wiping down and disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and handrails.
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and carpet cleaners.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting with setting up and organizing conference rooms for meetings or events.
- Monitoring and restocking cleaning and janitorial supplies.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Occasionally assisting with other tasks as needed, such as moving furniture or helping with office reorganization.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or HSE is preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools
- Time-management and multitasking abilities
- Physical strength and stamina
- Organization skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to work at least one weekend day on a rotating schedule.
