OVERVIEW:Â
The Membership Sales Manager is responsible for the development of sales and programming for activities directly related to membership sales, including both inside and outside sales responsibilities, in order to drive revenue by expanding membership sales at the CLUB at Township.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop sales and related metrics with CEO, C4F Membership Sales Manager, and the TCP General Manager to meet the sales deliverables of the CLUB at Township
- Conform the sales process to meet the CEO’s vision and ensure it is aligned with marketing messages and company core values
- Develop sales-specific trainings to include;
- Telephone Inquiries
- Pre-tour Chats and Tour Demonstrations
- Price Presentation with upsell of the $25 membership to the $35
- Booking a Consult
- Styku Training at POS
- TI – GymSales -
- Engage in prospect calling, activities to develop sales leads, and community partnership campaigns
- Collaborate with the Operations team to teach and evaluate appropriate delivery of the proper guest experience
- Hold regular meetings with Fitness Managers for TCP in order to ensure that sales programming includes information necessary to upsell fitness amenities in support of ongoing fitness programs
- Track program and classes providing recommendations for ongoing improvement, compensation, pricing and promotions
- Lead weekly accountability meetings with the CEO and TCP General Manager to address campaigns, membership growth, and new business
- Regular travel for outside Business-to-Business and related community marketing/sales opportunities to publicize and promote the CLUB at Township
- Maintain set work hours as scheduled to capitalize on the highest foot traffic times during staffed gym hours per the CEO and General Manager -- normal working hours are 9-7 Mon-Thurs, Fri 9-5
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:Â
The Membership Sales Manager (TCP) will report directly to the General Manager of TCP and will maintain management oversight and ownership of all sales activities within the CLUB at Township, while acting as resource to executives, in partnership with operations senior leadership, as well as corporate leaders and business office personnel.
