Commercial Sales - Light HVAC

Chas Roberts is seeking a self-motivated and energetic candidate experienced in light commercial HVAC Sales to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system and sales, with focus on light commercial applications

You will be responsible for driving sales and PM growth, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the light commercial Hvac market. develop new PM accounts and maintain existing account.

Build and maintain relationships with our clients by understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Provide expert advice and recommendation to clients regarding Hvac systems, including installing, maintenance and energy efficiency options.

Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes for Hvac systems and service. Ordering equipment, material for specific replacement jobs.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issue in a timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

12 months of  Sales of Hvac equipment

Excellent communication skills via in person and email

Self-driven and the ability to work independently as well as with the commercial service team to achieve our set goals

Proficient in Microsoft office and excel.

Salary:

Salary and commission rates will be discussed during interview

 

Schedule

Monday-Friday  plus weekend availability

 

License

Clean driver’s license
