Social Media & Community Manager (NOLA)

Relevant Studios, LLC is a New Orleans based digital+social marketing content hub for Wm. B. Reily & Company's food and beverage brands.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative social media community manager to help build, nurture, and manage Reily Foods brands online communities across various social media platforms. The community manager will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with followers, creating content, and fostering a positive brand image. The role also includes monitoring online conversations, tracking community metrics, and collaborating with the Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals and key performance indicators.


Key Responsibilities:


● Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to define objectives, develop creative execution plans within brand guidelines, implement social media strategies, and establish success metrics.
● Brand Representation: Act as the voice of the brand online to ensure consistent brand messaging and positive brand perception and, when needed, serve as the face of the brand at activation events.
● Content Creation and Management: Work with Marketing and Advertising Agency team to create engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, managing editorial calendars, and ensuring content is published on time.
● Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, moderating discussions, and fostering a positive and active community environment.
● Community Building: Build relationships with community members, identify and engage with creators/influencers, and coordinate partnership opportunities.
● Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics, generating reports on community sentiment, and identifying areas for improvement.
● Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Customer Service, and other teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in brand activation, event marketing, or related field
● Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and in-person activations
● Experience developing strategic activation plans and campaign roadmaps
● Experience coordinating with influencers for brand campaigns and events
● Understanding of influencer marketing best practices and metrics
● Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and recommend optimizations
● Ability to support account teams with strategic insights and activation planning
● Strong understanding of brand guidelines and creative execution
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to think creatively while adhering to established brand frameworks
● Experience managing merchandise sales and inventory a plus
● Comfortable serving as an on-site representative and speaking on behalf of brands
● Adaptable to fast-paced environments and able to make real-time decisions
● Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
