We are seeking a Technical Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time position reports to the VP of Sales and plays a critical role in supporting our corporate customers by managing product orders, pricing, scheduling, and service obligations. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and thrives in a technical, manufacturing-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proactive contact with customers to understand requirements, provide updates on supply and price trends, and ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate company services and capabilities to both existing and prospective customers.
- Review new customer releases and adjust production schedules as needed to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare and manage price quotations, terms of sale, delivery dates, and service obligations.
- Ensure purchase quotes are accurate at time of order entry and adjust pricing when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain lot sizes on repeat and new orders; review customer release quantities to confirm pricing and lot sizes.
- Investigate and expedite product returns, warranty claims, and customer complaints in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, to address revisions or updates to customer requirements.
- Facilitate corrective actions related to non-conformance of customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical and/or manufacturing background highly preferred.
- Strong professional communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Proficient written correspondence skills.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: From $58,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
