Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
- Residency trained from an accredited institution
- Board certified or eligible in Adult & Child Psychiatry
- Eligible for Connecticut licensure & federal/state-controlled substance licenses
Compensation: Base salary starting at $266,000+ (compensatory salary based on experience)

- Lead a dynamic team of Behavioral Health Professionals of varying license & experience levels
- Opportunity to develop psychiatric teaching partnerships
- Collaboration with Clinical Therapist team
- Dynamic clinical support team including RNs, LPNs & MAs
- Support staff for scheduling, referral management & care coordination team
- Partner with Medical Department on patient care

- On-call covered by therapist team with Medical Director support as needed (minimal, phone only)
