Clearbrook West Coordinator

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm *on call rotation 1 time a month*

Pay: $63,480 / year and a generous benefits package

Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative tools and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome.

The Clearbrook West Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a supervisor and a region of residential homes in the community. The Coordinator is responsible for the hiring, supervising, and training of QIDPs in the residential homes, and is responsible for assisting the Directors with administrative responsibilities and program implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, or health related field
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Case management experience is preferred
