Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Autism and Down Syndrome.
Position Summary:
Clearbrook is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Internal Communications & Digital Content and Website Manager to lead organization-wide internal communications and manage our digital presence. This highly collaborative role serves as the bridge between departments, ensuring that internal initiatives, values, and strategic goals are clearly communicated and celebrated. The ideal candidate combines exceptional communication skills with strong design and website management capabilities.
General Duties:
• Serve as a collaborative and responsive partner across departments and programs.
• Represent the Marketing and Development team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling internal communications and sensitive information.
• Stay up to date on organizational goals, branding guidelines, and communication standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and organizational events as required.
• Assist with other marketing or development tasks as needed to support the team’s goals.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
• Develop, write, and distribute internal newsletters, including program updates and communications.
• Partner with HR and leadership to roll out internal communication campaigns for strategic plans and organizational values.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal messaging needs across departments and programs.
• Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives through thoughtful and strategic communication.
Website & Digital Content Management
• Maintain and update the Clearbrook website, including creating new pages, updating content, and ensuring accessibility and brand alignment.
• Use Blackbaud Website Builder and WordPress interface to manage site content and layout.
• Collaborate with program teams to gather content and stories that reflect Clearbrook’s impact and services.
Design & Branding:
• Design branded content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (light usage of Adobe tools such as Illustrator or InDesign).
• Order and manage all organizational swag items and promotional materials.
• Oversee vendor relationships for print, promotional products, and signage.
• Create and manage internal signage to ensure consistent branding.
