QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum age requirement is twenty-one (21).
- Minimum one (1) year experience in at least two (2) of the following; electrical work, carpentry, painting, plumbing, or construction.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Understanding of health and safety codes, including knowledge of hazardous materials.
- If driving is required for company business, must have a valid driver’s license, and be insurable through Eagle Mountain Casino’s insurance carrier.
- Willing to attend training as well as train other Team Members.
- Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:
- While performing duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, and walk.
- Must be able to perform in outdoor environments with frequent exposure to unpredictable weather conditions including heat, rain, cold and wind.
- Exposed to loud tools and machines while performing job duties.
- Exposed to cigarette smoke, bells, ringing, and flashing lights when on the casino floor.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
