Summary/Objective
Assists with and coordinates the day-to-day activities, programs, procedures and administrative needs of Organizational Development training. Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and a positive attitude are absolute essentials of the position that supports our FIRST values.
Essential Functions

- Prioritize projects and manage competing workload demands with flexibility while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Cross-train with Organizational Development Coordinator and Organizational Development Specialist.
- Facilitate classes as assigned (new hire training/onboarding, member contact, workshops, etc).
- Prepare and facilitate internal webinars, conference calls and team meetings.
- Coordinate and deploy product and service-related member communication and assist with administrative functions (GAP/MRC, VISA campaigns, Save to Win, etc.).
- Coordinate updates for reference, training and procedural resources in the First Resource Center knowledge base.
- Facilitate administration and tracking of the draft, approval and publishing of letters, notices, forms and disclosures.
- Assist and provide resources to employees regarding training topics, questions by answering the pilot line, respond to inquiries by emails and/or in-person.
- Maintain records, progress reports, transcripts, and schedules.
- Update class listings and student registration. Compile academic profiles for degree completion. Update and confirm registration.
- Oversee room/resource scheduling; maintain reservation calendar for all conference/training rooms.
- Compile and update monthly/quarterly/annual reports (required training, quality, wire transfers, lending, balancing, Synapsys, SEGS, audit, etc.).
- Produce printed materials as needed.
- Maintain storage room and supply ordering/inventory for Organizational Development.
- Manage and maintain shirt inventory.
- Coordinate and assist with design, development and writing of the employee Newsletter, First Class Kudos nomination recognition and other methods of all staff communication.
- Assist Articulate (online course development) and Help Desk.
- Participate in Organizational Development staff meetings and attends other meetings, seminars or training.
- Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- Complete special projects as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical presence in the office setting is required.
Physical Demands
This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Ability to work 40 hours; Monday – Friday. Periodic overtime may be required.
Travel
Periodic travel to other FCU locations may be required.
