Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Digital Product Analyst to support our innovation team. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, scalability, and strategic growth of our key platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, comfortable working across teams, and eager to contribute to the evolution of our client experiences.

 

Responsibilities

  • Platform Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs across digital banking, account opening and other related platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track user engagement, conversion rates, operational efficiency, and system performance.
  • Monthly Data Processing & Reporting:
  • Own and maintain monthly data models used for performance tracking, operational processing and executive reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across internal systems and reporting tools.
  • Integration Research & Facilitation:
  • Conduct research on potential third-party platform integrations to enhance digital capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to evaluate feasibility, define requirements, and support implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to support platform enhancements and data needs.
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within financial services or digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI).
  • Experience with data modeling is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
