- High school diploma, or general education degree (GED), or five (5) years driving experience.Â
- Must possess a current class A, CDL driver’s license, with a clean driving record and a current medical card.
- Must have a forklift license and be able to operate both manual and automatic forklifts safely, as well as stretch wrap machines, and other distribution equipment.Â
- Must be able to do cycle counts and understand inventory control.
- Must be able to communicate fluent English, on a one-on-one basis or in group situations, understand instructions, and follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.Â
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail, small package shipping systems, and ability to comprehend company systems.
- Must pay attention to detail, be able to work independently and responsibly, and work well with others.
