- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection or 1 year of experience in the manufacturing environment at Inline Plastics.
- Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate one-on-one and in groups.
- Ability to interact with various groups of people.
- Ability to understand detailed written and oral instructions.
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems. Ability to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- In work related situations must be able to take direction and communicate in English on a one-on-one basis or in group situations as well as read and understand written documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; simple use of formulas, charts, drawings, specifications, etc.
- Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
- Experience in data acquisition is a plus.
- Must be able to read micrometers and calipers, digital force gauge.
