Education and Work History:Â
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 The ideal candidate will possess:Â
- 4-6 years of progressive human resource generalist experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Â
- Bilingual, (English/Spanish) required
- A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.  Â
- Labor Relations experience is highly desired.Â
- Demonstrated ability to be coachable and trainable for cross-training/development within the HR function in preparation for future progression.Â
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications required.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Â
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.Â
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and project management skills.Â
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.Â
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.Â
- Ability to be resourceful, demonstrate business acumen, creative thinking skills and be able to act as a decision maker.Â
