10059 Trade Marketing Associate Manager

Manage distribution and coordination of displays and samples nationwide. * Coordinate and track shipments, BOL’s and POD’s. * Works with various departments in our organization to ensure materials and resources arrive in a timely manner. * Manage seasonal projects working in collaboration with the In-House Graphic Designer. * Provide PO# for displays & samples as well as freight PO’s. * Manage PopShop platform for displays and send information on time to vendors. * Keep track of the budget allocated for displays and sampling events allocated. * Prepare and follow up weekly reports reviewing with the plants in Mexico and logistics team providing weekly updates of the allocated samples forecast. * Provide administrative support in processing, coding, and entering department’s invoices. * Ensure UPS shipments are processed using the online system. * Coordinate different trade shows that take place nationwide. Coordinate with agencies and freight carriers to have a 360 integration for Trade shows. * Manage inventory of our warehouse giveaways. * Desk/marketing and warehouse roles that include some manual work. * Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Bachelor's degree in marketing , business or equivalent is preferred. * Experience in Trade & Field Marketing or retail environment a plus. * Background in sales & marketing is highly recommended. * Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work under stressful situations and tight deadlines. * Excellent customer service and follow-up skills. * Presentation and negotiation Skills. * Detail oriented with administrative skills. * Demonstrate initiative.
