Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field.Â
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship or account management, preferably in a global or regional role.Â
- Proven success managing international client accounts or partnerships.Â
- Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.Â
- Previous experience in customer service or customer relations is essential, preferably in the CPG industry.Â
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.Â
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
