Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, managing talent development strategies and learning experiences to enhance competencies, skills or capability building to foster continuous learning, development and growth. Leverage learning technology to simplify, streamline and accelerate development. Create and deliver learning solutions, assessing training needs and collaborating with various stakeholders and partners to achieve organizational goals.

 

  • Design, implement and deliver talent and development strategies aligned with business goals and organizational objectives.
  • Measures effectiveness of current and new programs by utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in training practices and methods, as well as present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analytics to measure effectiveness of training, talent, development and performance initiatives, providing visibility through dashboards or reports to validate progress, support with follow-up and decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning solutions, including leadership development, skills training
  • Coordinate and facilitate training content in-person, deliver presentations and engage associates in in-person, virtual or hybrid sessions across all levels of the organization
  • Coordinate with business partners to ensure associates attend and complete required training
  • Managing performance management processes and tools, and provide coaching, guidance and mentoring to associates.
  • Responsible for maintaining L&D Sharepoint updated with information readily available.   
  • Act as an ambassador and promote our in-house learning portal, courses and internal platforms.
  • Support with onboarding process for newly hired associates and act as culture ambassador to support a positive associate experience
  • Collaborate and support with engagement initiatives to identify talent gaps, development plans, and ensure programs are relevant and impactful.
  • Provide weekly system report for access to our internal Learning Management system

Qualifications

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Learning Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience designing and developing blended learning programs, self-directed, instructor led (ILT), computer-based training (CBT)
  • Instructional Design: Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective training programs.
  • Project Management experience in a global organization, having partnered across multiple functions at once
  • Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Experience writing clear, compelling, and concise training content
  • Experience working with diverse types of learners across all career stages
  • Experience working and managing external vendors
  • Ability to work independently and to effectively manage time and priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically with Excel,   Power point, Word, other software
  • Scheduling: Effectively coordinating training events
  • Must be able to work flexible work schedules, when necessary, with minimum advanced notice
  • Keep sensitive information confidential
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Other duties assigned by Direct Manager
