This role is responsible for receiving and making available for supply chain the sales orders from our customers, including reporting, identifying insights and opportunities through analysis, project management, implementation of best practices, among others.
Some of the activities that this position will perform are:
• Lead Order Management Module (OM) and serve as the Key User on current and future Barcel USA projects.
• Enter, collect, analyze, and report commercial data.
• Manage the service side of customer relationship including escalation, implementation, and execution of EDI.
• Processing accurate order acknowledgment to the customers.
• Responsible for verifying orders, migration through platforms.
• Escalate issues/tickets pertaining to order migration.
• Work with customers by phone or email of order information changes such as pricing, incorrect order parameter & lead times to mitigate any delays.
• Guide salespeople in entering data and solving problems with our CRM tool.
• Constant communication between salespeople and logistics to ensure a successful sales cycle.
• Monthly and Weekly Sales Report: Gather, structure and validate monthly and weekly sales data, which will be used to report volume, channel and brands performance, innovation index performance, among others.
• EOD data Reporting to maintain various systems that shed light on sales orders, and status
• Work closely with Accounting, Customer Service, Logistics, for critical orders
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, especially in handling customers' inquiries and concerns about the products and resolving discrepancies.
• Must be proficient in the use of Salesforce, Oracle, EDI/SPS, macros & other CRM systems
