Responsibilities:
Coordinating, developing and delivering training programs for associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. This position will identify and address training gaps within the organization. This involves assessing training needs, designing and developing training materials, coordinating and facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. It will require maintaining associate’s records in internal databases and provide visibility for main stakeholders. Will ensure a successful end to end experience for learners.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering training programs within the organization
• May lead, guide and train associates in a variety of topics to support our organizational goals.
• Prepare training materials and ensure all necessary resources are available.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback and make improvements as necessary.
• Be an ambassador of our in-house learning portals, internal and external courses by implementing innovative ideas to increase learning engagement.
• Responsible for the onboarding process; plan, schedule, deliver program to welcome new talent. Be a culture ambassador and implement process improvements to offer a positive onboarding experience for our associates.
• Support with data entry in various platforms, assigning trainings, maintaining documentation, including training logs, sign in sheets, and electronic signatures to verify training completion.
• Analyze learning data to ensure all associates attend the required trainings. Provide visibility across the organization to main stakeholders.
• Assist with preparing internal communication for Training and Development initiatives, ensuring it is visible through platforms, screen updates and internal channels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Providing high-level customer service to all associates, vendors and visitors
• Manage the purchasing process by coordinating services with internal and external partners, order materials, request new vendor information and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
