The Marketing Manager will help develop and implement brand strategy, innovation, and marketing plans, and program activities aligned to the global vision to drive awareness, household penetration, and growth. Responsibilities include partnering with marketing leadership and team members to develop and execute brand strategy and marketing programs, portfolio management, and the coordination of sales, cross functional teams, and suppliers as directed.  Â

Partner with the Marketing Director – RoW and local teams to define marketing, communication, and new product strategies for the assigned region, aligning with the global and local teamsÂ

Design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns in line with the global-regional-local marketing strategy and measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Manage agencies and campaigns for regional communication plans. Ensure consistent, relevant, and powerful execution of global brand messaging across the assigned regionÂ

Understand key consumer, market, and competitive performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights Â
