We are looking for a confident, self-starting performance driven Omnichannel Campaign Analytics Manager professional. Someone who can collaborate across the organization to get things done. Drive our brand strategies in to planning and execution while continuing to optimize based on post event analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for PPC strategy, analytics (in-store & online), is a great communicator, works well in a highly collaborative team and continues to find opportunities to grow our Barcel brands across key customers.
This role will primarily focus on campaign management, analytics, and insights to drive conversion of our Barcel USA products across the retail landscape.
This role will require high levels of cross-functional collaboration with both internal and agency teams, including brand management, account management/sales, retailers, and 3rd party agencies.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Work with team to develop and deliver data-driven, digital and cross channel growth and customer engagement tactics strategies for the Omnichannel team.
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics and effectively communicate key findings of programs to sales and other cross-functional teams, proactively addressing gaps and turning analysis into action to help grow the business.
- Understand industry trends, customer strategies and retail strategies to help provide input to the omnichannel marketing team to plan the development of annual marketing plans for key retailers, understanding best account vehicle and levers to achieve success.
- Co-Manage 3rd party search companies with our omnichannel and customer teams for key retailers to ensure return on ad spend and bids are aligned with overall eCommerce strategy.

- Expert-level knowledge in online + in-store analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting)
