· Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology or related fields
· Demonstrated ability to migrate identity and workloads (servers, SharePoint, etc)
· Experience with ticketing/monitoring software (ConnectWise, Ninja)
· Industry-recognized certifications; CompTIA, Azure, Cisco, etc
· Proficient in M365 Administration, customer service focus, ability to work as a team
· Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills
· Occasional local travel required, so a license and transportation is required
