What You’ll Do:
Production roles vary depending on department, but responsibilities may include:

• Mixing, scaling, shaping, baking, or packaging bread and baked goods

• Operating production equipment and machinery

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas

• Monitoring product quality and reporting defects

• Following all food safety and workplace safety procedures

• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual individuals with a strong work ethic

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Reliable self-transportation is preferred, but not required

• Previous manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience is a plus—but not required!
