Fire Sprinkler Service Helpers

Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers is looking for a Fire Sprinkler Service Dept. Helpers in our Tampa Fl. branch to work in the surrounding areas. Our Service Helpers are responsible for providing assistance to Service Foremen and Inspectors on a daily basis. The Service Helpers reports to the Service & Alarms Superintendent/Manager and works under the guidance of the Service Foreman on jobsites.

This is a fast-paced role that requires frequent ladder climbing, overhead work, and the use of industry tools. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and regularly perform physical tasks such as reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, and walking.

Day to Day:
- Work closely with the Foreman on job sites to troubleshoot, repair, and install fire sprinkler systems accurately, on schedule, and within budget.Â
- Follow procedures and instructions to troubleshoot, repair, add/relocate, and install fire sprinkler systems. Â
- Attend monthly safety meetings at the local branch.
- Working outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons including summer months.
- Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing. Lifting will include up to 60 pounds.
