SKILL, TRAIT, AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma is required
- Past job experience working in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent follow up skills with patients and team members
- Ability to take direction, prioritize tasks and proper time management

- Ability to handle difficult people and situations
- Firm command of MS Office Suite, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) platforms and other key applications
