A successful Service Technician delivers quality and productive workmanship on each and every repair/diagnostic performed.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
- Perform vehicle services as outlined in the repair order
- Conduct vehicle inspections, document and notify service advisor of findings including labor and parts.
- Accurately document all work performed.
- Problem solve and provide alternative solutions to advisors and customers as needed.
- Communicate with advisors and services managers in a professional manner on a daily basis.
- Complete and stay current on all trainings set forth by manufacturer to improve product knowledge and customer service.
- Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work area while performing service or repairs.
