Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain relationships with family members and residents.
- Oversee and manage the Assisted Living.
- Responsible for managing, scheduling, and hiring staff.
- Oversee dining services, housekeeping, and Activities.
- Responsible for tour and referral process
