Pastor Student

Fairhaven Church is seeking a Full-Time Student Worship Pastor. An ideal candidate would be passionate about seeing students find hope in Jesus and share that hope with others. The Student Pastor will collaborate with the student team to lead and create engaging worship experiences and events for students. 

Responsibilities and Duties  

• Teach, organize, and execute Student Ministry for Middle and High School Students 

• Collaborate with the Student team to plan, coordinate and attend all student events, camps, and mission trips.  

• Plan and lead worship for student events including Middle School Wednesday, High School Sunday, and Student retreats

• Recruit, onboard, and equip serve team members to lead in student worship

• Be present and available during Sunday Worship services

• Plan and execute logistics for student events, including retreats, camps, and The Weekend.

• Acquire a working knowledge of the Church Management systems for needs specific to Students

• Participate in church-wide and Family Ministry events as directed (i.e. Christmas Services, Easter, Leader Summit, etc.)

• Technology Aptitude – Experience in Ableton, ProPresenter and other software platforms 

Education 

• College degree or equivalent work, life, or ministry experience
