Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and review vendor invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders (POs).
• Process payments to suppliers, including issuing checks.
• Answer and direct external phone calls through the main switchboard.
• Provide information to individuals inquiring about job opportunities.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
• Support the hiring process by maintaining candidate records and facilitating communication.
• Maintain organized filing systems and make copies as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks during the harvest season.
• Perform other office duties as assigned to support operations.
• Work occasional weekends during specific times of the year.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in HR functions, such as recruitment and hiring, is a plus.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required.
Work Environment:
• Office-based role with occasional extended hours during peak seasons.
• Collaborative team environment requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• The position will be primarily in the reception area, assisting visitors and handling administrative and HR-related responsibilities.
