Minimum Qualifications Required:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, phone-based sales, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing deals, supported by prior work experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Skills and/or Training Desired:
- Nutritional background a plus (knowledge of vitamins, dietary supplements, and/or natural products industry)
- Project management and/or project team experience working within cross-functional project teams.
- Sales Savvy: Results-driven with a tenacious approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Customer-Centric: Strong ability to build rapport and educate customers on product benefits and solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective account growth strategies in collaboration with Field Representatives.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage a busy call calendar.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes additional responsibilities and challenges.
