Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree, Administrative Assistant certification, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Care Management or Managed Care settings.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of adapting quickly to urgent situations requiring immediate attention or turnaround.
- Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for multitasking and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Spanish, Korean is a plus
Wage Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Ability to express or exchange ideas, to impart information to the public and to convey detailed instructions to staff accurately and quickly.
Work is performed in an office environment and/or remotely. The job may involve contact with staff and the public. May occasionally be required to work irregular hours based on the needs of the business.
