The Sales Representative will need to exemplify our shared values of customer service and attention to detail. This individual will be an essential part to our continued success in delivering our customers an amazing experience through a persistent approach to business development.

What You’ll Do:

• Use past industry experience and knowledge to grow commercial and retail accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Follow up on customer-initiated inquiries as well as self-generated leads.
• Work with current RVA Graphics & Wraps team to develop strategies to produce new commercial and retail accounts.
• Communicate with the production team on turn-around time and scheduling.
• Negotiate with customers on pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure customer satisfaction as well as company profitability.
• Manage sales pipeline to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to achieve target goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• A proven track record in sales, preferably in a related industry such as graphics, signage, advertising, or automotive aftermarket.
• Understanding of vinyl wrap materials, printing techniques, fleet graphics, etc. is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent English reading and writing skills are required.

• Driving Requirements
  • Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
  • Must have positive points on state driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
  • Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
  • All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted. 
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
