As a Staffing Coordinator specializing in hospitality, you will:

• Build and manage relationships with candidates, employees, and clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Source, recruit, and place candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
• Proactively assess client needs and identify the right fit, blending skills and personality for successful placements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance in all processes.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships to maintain and grow revenue streams.
• Demonstrate intuitive thinking by anticipating challenges, solving problems creatively, and providing solutions that align with client and candidate needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  • 2+ years of staffing and recruiting experience.
  • Hospitality/Environmental Services experience strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare staffing experience is a plus!
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically, act intuitively, and provide creative solutions.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
  • High-speed internet for remote work capabilities.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
